TOWN OF SHERMAN REQUEST FOR BID Clerk-of-the-Works for the Sherman School Renovation Project
The Town of Sherman is accepting cover letters and resumes for interested parties applying for Clerk-of-the-Works as a key member of the building team and will serve as the Town of Sherman’s on-site representative. The clerk must have a thorough understanding of all aspects of construction, preferably as they relate to school construction. Additional information may be found on the “ShermanCT.gov” website. Choose “Town Job Openings”. Walk throughs are available by appointment. Cover letter describing your suitability for the role along with your resume listing prior experience and/or projects may be emailed to dlowe@shermanct.gov and must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. on November 7, 2025. They may also be mailed to Town of Sherman. P.O. Box 39, Sherman, CT 06784, or dropped off at Mallory Town Hall, 9 Route 39 North, Sherman CT 06784.
