Join us as the Sherman Library hosts “Basics in Investing Workshop” presented by Magdalena O’Doherty of the Good Advice Group on June 23rd, 30th and July 7th at 6:00 p.m. at the Sherman Library.
 
This program provides a beginner-friendly introduction to the world of investing. Magdalena  will demystify stocks, bonds, ETFs, and the stock market in plain English, and explain how investment portfolios are built. The goal of this workshop is to take attendees from beginner to confident investor by providing the knowledge and tools to understand the markets, make informed decisions, and take control of their financial future.
 
Magdalena O’Doherty is an accomplished finance professional with over 15 years of experience in global wealth and asset management. She is passionate about financial literacy and helping individuals and families make informed, confident financial decisions that improve their long-term well-being. The Good Advice Group is a non-profit organization with a mission to offer high-quality financial education through free educational workshops.
