SHS BARN SALE MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!


Come on down! The Sherman Historical Society’s annual fundraising sale is this Memorial Day weekend at 10 Route 37 Center. Saturday, 9-4, Sunday, 9-12.


We are packed full of wonderful items: furniture, kitchen accessories, housewares, décor, tools, gardening, collectibles, games, holiday items, art, antiques, toys, and so much more.


We have a male’s bike specially outfitted for mountain biking, a sea kayak, wood & leather Adirondack chair with footstool, antique children’s rideable fire engine, antiques, power tools, original art, lamps, puzzles. And that’s just the start!


Bring cash or check and your reusable totes. There will be a self-packing station. And, not to be missed: The Old Store will be open as well.


Parking is available at the Sherman School as well as Veteran’s Field and if you fancy a short hike, Town Hall with a trek over the Mallory Trail. Handicapped is at the Senior Center.


This is our big money-maker to keep the Society running. We do not get state, local or federal funding. We rely on membership/contributions, grants as we can, and the generosity of those who donate to this event and those who shop it. We are exceedingly grateful for you.


And for all the buys and bargains, we also pause to remember those who gave all in service to this country and to the preservation of our freedom.
